Justice Janta Party is a public-service-oriented political organization founded with the objective of placing justice, development, transparency, equality, and public welfare at the centre of its activities.

The party aims to provide a platform where citizens can raise their concerns, understand their rights, participate in democratic processes, and contribute to the development of their communities. The organization seeks to work with people from different sections of society and focus on issues affecting ordinary citizens, including employment, education, healthcare, women's empowerment, farmers' welfare, senior citizens, housing, civic infrastructure, and access to justice.

Dr. Shri Jayprakash Pawar has been associated with social service activities in Ulhasnagar and the Thane district for several years. His public-service activities have included assistance to people during difficult circumstances, educational support for economically weaker students, support for women's self-help initiatives, and guidance concerning citizens' rights.

Justice Janta Party has been envisioned as an organization through which these public-service objectives can be developed into a broader platform for democratic participation and public welfare.

The party's stated objective is to encourage responsible governance, transparency in public administration, equal opportunity, social development, and accessible justice.

Justice Janta Party: Commitment to Protect Children from Mobile Addiction

The First Agenda of Justice Janta Party: To protect children from excessive mobile phone and social media use and launch a nationwide movement demanding strict government policies and new legislation.

Today, many children in India are increasingly exposed to excessive mobile phone and social media use. Research has raised concerns about potential links between early smartphone access and issues such as depression, obesity, and inadequate sleep. Karnataka has proposed restrictions on social media use for children under 16, while the Supreme Court has also sought the Centre’s response regarding measures to protect minors from potential harms associated with social media.

Our Demands:

• Strict restrictions on mobile phone and social media use for children below 16 years of age

• Mobile-free environments in schools

• Mandatory parental controls and effective age verification

• Stronger provisions under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

• Consideration of a login curfew for minors after 6:00 PM
